HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

• 18% GST will be additional on all amount.
• Distance from venue is approximate.
• The check-in time is 1400 hrs & check-out is 12 noon.
• Above Room rates are of base room category (unless specified) and are on per room per night basis.
• Above rates are valid for a period from 16th February – 17th February 26.
• Any room booking requirement other that specified dates should be mailed at  darshany@tamarindglobal.com & siddheshs@tamarindglobal.com
• Rooms shall be offered on ‘first come first serve basis’ and ‘subject to availability’.
• Booking amendments in stay reductions / cancellations before 45 days from check-in will attract 01 night retention charge.
• All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during the event dates will apply.

CHAUFFER DRIVEN TRANSPORTATION

• 5% GST as per Govt guidelines will be charged on the total bill.
• All time and Km readings will begin and end at our garage.
• Toll taxes, Permit charges, Parking charges and Border taxes are extra at actuals.
• A booking shall be considered terminated at 2400 Hrs and thereafter, shall be treated as a fresh booking.
• In Case of intercity travel, no. of days shall be calendar days.
• Driver Bhatta is applicable on/before 07:00 hrs and on/after 21:00 hrs.
• For all Super Luxury & Sports Utility Vehicle & Large Coaches, Driver Batta is applicable irrelevant of the timing.
• Night Driver Batta applicable on/after 22:00 hrs will be Rs. 500/- extra.
• If the booking is cancelled after the vehicle has left garage, then cancellation charges shall be applicable.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Representative charges: all cars till Innova: Rs 1500 Tempo Travelers & above: Rs 2500.
• Supplement for assistance between 2300 hrs to 0600 am: 1000.
